A few months ago I moved back to STL after college and was moving to a new apartment. I had never used a professional moving service so I was pretty nervous about finding a good one and I have no regrets. I got 5 different quotes from companies I’d heard of and modern moving was one of two that came to my house to give me an in person estimate. The estimate was almost spot on and I felt like it was very fair.I felt super taken care of. The day of I was a little anxious, but my moving team (Trey, Ethan, and Colin) was friendly, calm and really put me at ease. Honestly, I felt like even though it was a lot of work, I ended up having a lot of fun with them—which I never expected from a moving company!All in all, I highly recommend their services. A huge thank you to Hunter and the guys for making my move painless and very, very worth it.

I cannot recommend Modern Moving Company enough. Our team of 4 was courteous, helpful, and careful. They talked to us about what they were doing the whole time and were very flexible and accommodating when we asked them to move more than they had planned. Excellent customer service, helped move me and my three girls to NY, Monty and luke were hands on. All the movers were fast professional and extremely polite. they stored my furniture for a month and they kept updating along the way. They really made the move smooth and stress free!

With last minute moving plans I decided to call modern moving for a quote. I spoke to a gentlemen Luke and he promised that he would be at my house the same day for a quote. Luke wasn’t only punctual with time, he was extremely professional and promised me that Modern Moving would make sure to take all the stress of moving off my shoulders. I was able to move the next morning, and the crew that arrived not only reassured me that I made the right choice, they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend modern moving. Luke was flexible and responsive in helping me arrange a move that required multiple stops. Connor, Treyvon, and Sam were hardworking and super accommodating. We enjoyed working with them. I would certainly hire Modern Moving again!

Downsizing and leaving beloved family home of over 30 years is hard enough. I can’t say enough about Jeremy, Jayden, Chris, and Tray. They put me at ease right away. I used Modern Moving to move a large OLED TV. They helped take it off the wall mount, wrapped it up with bubble wrap, a sleeve bag, tv box and wrap. They did a good job and Derek and Chris were professional and nice.
